  Extremely Dangerous Fraud – Pretends to Be a Builder, Should Be Investigated

  Hired trade. He falsely claimed to be a builder since 2002, but his ID shows he was born in 1994 and only got UK work permission in 2022. Illiterate, very little English, relies on Google Translate, lacks understanding of building regulations. I paid £2,400 for materials; in 10 days, he supplied a fraction of that amount, did a fraction of work agreed, which was dangerous and worthless, mixing cement with mud instead of gravel and sand for concrete, and building a wall on paving slabs without foundations or braces. No qualifications, no skill. Avoid completely.

  Since the initisl contact, Nathan has been helpful, honest and punctual throughout. He has discussed all the aspects of the job in detail, and on the day, he arrived on time, did his work effeciently, finished on time. He knew exactly what he was doing.
