The work was done and the plumber arrived on time. The night before the plumber was given photos of the work sites needing radiator's a quote was given and accepted by myself. On arrival the plumber started work and after installing the first radiator he said he would need more money as he didn't understand there where two radiators needing installing. We had a complete bathroom renovation and the outcome is absolutely flawless, Nathan was absolutely amazing, had a solution to every problem encountered along the was and got the job completed quickly. Nathan fully deserves our 5 star rating for converting our old bathroom into a shower room with WC and a Sink unit to be proud of. During 4 days of renovation he kept us fully informed working everyday without a break. Nathan maintained his profesionalism even when the removal of the old bath revealed unexpected problems requiring new flooring and additional pipework.
