  fix of an old balcony door and lock

  tldr - get Grant. Grant was extremely communicative from the moment I reached out to him. he gave me the best quote and offered the best services (unlike many who told me I need a new door without even seeing it). came over as said, even updated me about his 10 minute delay due to traffic! the door was not easy to fix but he saw through and made sure I can easily lock it, and now I have 12 month cover if there's anything wrong with it. I already reccomend him to my father in law.

  A Genuine 10/10: Harry and ES Building services Are the Best!

  ES building services redid our old shower and completely transformed it. The experience was outstanding and the final result shows great craftsmanship. aside for the professional side, we were really impressed with the quality of their service: The communication was seamless and proactive; Harry kept us in the loop the whole time; if any minor issues came up they showed exceptionally fast and effective problem solving, keeping the project right on schedule. we are delighted with our new shower and have already reccomend ES building services to our friends and family.

  Albert and Kiyar were absolutely fantastic! They handled everything with great care, worked quickly, and stayed friendly and professional the entire time. Nothing was too much trouble — they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfectly in place. Super efficient, organized, and careful with every box. The whole move went smoothly thanks to them. I couldn’t have asked for a better team — highly recommended!

  Bathroom refurbishment

  I sent Ivan a detailed description of how I want my new bathroom to be, and the morning after - in addition to a full estimated quote, he also sent a beautiful live 3D demo of the result! That immediately showed us how serious and dedicated he is. I didn't get to book him for this job as he was already preoccupied until a certain date and we were short on time, but I can tell that he's got very high standards for quality and knows how to get a client satisfied.
