James came out and completed the job a day after I asked him for a quote for the job. A very tidy, professional worker. He turned up at the time he said as well. Very friendly and communicated with me well about the job. James previously replaced a badly damaged brick for me and I wanted him to do this bigger job due to his professionalism. Great job by James and the team. We had sections of brickwork which needed to be repointed as well as replacing a few damaged bricks below the damp course. James came round promptly, gave me a quote within 24 hours and arranged a date for the work within my time frame. Work completed to a high standard. No issues.
