  Tile vent fitting

  Mick was great, really friendly and reliable. Easy to message and arrived on the day at the time he said he would. Able to supply and fit a tile vent that matched our roof so well we can hardly see it. Talk to me through what he had done once finished and left property as found would happily have back if we needed further work done. :)

  Drain survey ahead of purchasing a property

  Smart drainz were brilliant from the moment we put out a Checkatrade ad to when we got our report back. Chris was very quick at contacting me, really clear and explained the process in an informal but non-patronising way. They accessed the property and completed the survey very quickly. We then received a prompt report which was very detailed following our payment. I really appreciated the quote for the work that is needed as we were able to use this to negotiate a purchase price. We will be using smartdrainz to carry out the work once we’ve completed. Cheaper than other quotes too! ✅
