  Came in to help with a ton of Ikea hinge adjustments. Arrived on time. Was professional and pleasant. Covered his shoes before entering my home. Brought his own tools. Worked relentlessly to get the job done for about 3.5 hours without any breaks. Overall: Would hire again for future jobs.

  Rebuild cupboard interior after removing intgrated tumble dryer

  We needed an intergrated dryer removed and the inside of the cupboard rebuilt - back, floor, sides and a plinth. The initial "finished" product was actually just half panels on the sides, no back, and a stepped floor (see pics 1 and 2). My wife had to ask for it to be redone properly, but the second "Revised" version was no better - Instead of using a solid piece on each side, the gaps were just filled in with offcuts like a jigsaw puzzle with uneven surfaces and gaps between the pieces (see pic 3 and 4). Definitely not a professional finish, and not worth £500.

  Summary: Carl and his team were fantastic and did the job well. Quotation phase: 10/10 - I received a quote for the job within hours. The quote was the most favourable out of 5 companies by a significant margin. Arranging a date: 10/10 - Easy to communicate with, rapid replies and flexible schedule. The job itself: 10/10 - Very punctual, neat and tidy workmanship, professional, pleasant and even did a little extra bit for me out of kindness. Overall: 10/10 - Would hire again.
