  New internal doors

  Derek and team did a great job fitting our new doors, it’s really transformed the house. Some of the doorframes weren’t a standard size so they built out very neatly to accommodate new door. They cleaned up to a very high standard after finishing which we were very happy with.

  Replacing the flooring in the bathroom after a leak

  Derek and the team did a great job. They were very clean and tidy and turned up when they said they would. We have found tradespeople in the area to be incredibly unreliable but Derek did exactly what he said he would and we are very happy with the result. We would definitely recommend

  Derek and Dean returned to our property to do two small complimentary jobs, free of charge. After having done work for us prior to plastering, they came back on two occasions: Firstly to fit wooden batons, following plastering and secondly to put up curtain tracks after the room had been painted. As always they were friendly and polite and treated our home with respect, conscientiously cleaning up once the work had been finished. We would have no hesitation recommending Wearing builders.

  New spindles and hand rail on stairs.

  From the very start to the end, Derek has been a gentleman. The job was to sort my hall out, change my stairs from metal spindles to the wooden ones and he also put on a new handrail on. What a transformation , it is fabulous, he also put a new solid door on that goes to under the stairs. What a difference this has made to my hall. Also he fixed my daughter’s draw, which wasn’t planned. I would definitely recommend him. Also a thank you to Dean, who was working as well, very polite, and they cleaned up afterwards. I am really really, happy with what they have done. Thank you .

  Building a new doorframe, extending a cupboard and fitting new doors, architraves and skirting.

  Derek responded promptly to our enquiry and gave helpful advice. Once the work had been awarded, Derek maintained excellent communication throughout the whole project. He offered helpful advice about an add on project and put us in touch with trusted contacts to assist us. During his time with us Derek was always friendly and professional. Derek's colleague Dean also deserves a special mention as he too was both personable and hard working. Together, Derek and Dean always treated our property with respect, leaving it clean and tidy at the end of every day.
