  Dave was brilliant! Came round and reviewed the job in question and got a quote over very quickly. Worked extremely hard, always communicated thoroughly and did an amazing job. Also cleaned up very well.

  the engineer turned up, later unfortunately but did communicate often about time of arrival. work was carried out quickly and effectively and communicated with me the entire time

  request an inspection and control for rats

  the technician that came to the property was very nice, very knowledgeable and very helpful. Since his visit there has been evidence that the traps have been triggered, but since then no rats have been near the property. our only issues were once when we tried to book a revisit, the technician didn't arrive and no one reached out to confirm if he was coming. also we had to follow up for an invoice after not being told how services were to be paid, and ignored emails
