  the engineer turned up, later unfortunately but did communicate often about time of arrival. work was carried out quickly and effectively and communicated with me the entire time

  the technician that came to the property was very nice, very knowledgeable and very helpful. Since his visit there has been evidence that the traps have been triggered, but since then no rats have been near the property. our only issues were once when we tried to book a revisit, the technician didn't arrive and no one reached out to confirm if he was coming. also we had to follow up for an invoice after not being told how services were to be paid, and ignored emails
