  Before starting, the team took the trouble to explain what would be covered by their quotation and what would require a government-mandated "penalty" payment. They were also the only applicant to include a copy of their government Waste Management licence. Their work was efficient, thorough and on completion they gave me a briefing of things they had discovered which I hadn't known about when briefing them; this wasn't a lead-in to extra charges but to help me in planning next stages of dealing with the property. I would happily use them again.
