  Replacing a defective stop cock.

  I can’t fault the work carried out as the job was completed to my satisfaction and we now have a functioning stop cock. The tradesman after being very punctual in getting back to me (the add went out and within four min, he called directly - I was taken aback and hurriedly agreed) was a disappointment when it came to his punctuality for the job. We had agreed the time and day for him to arrive and after waiting 1.5 hours to see if he’d turn up, I decided to call. He answered and began to give me some excuse as to why and that I’d canceled it. He eventually turned up 2.5 hours late.
