  we received a quote back fairly quick, this was competitive, the communication was a bit difficult to start with, unfortunately this didnt get much better. work was carried out, after 4-6 weeks, we are still waiting for the ECIR certificate to give to our solicitor which is holding stuff up, we have actioned another electrician from a different trade site to carry out the work again, so that we can sell the property.
