  Repainting hall, landing, stairs, study, and 2 bedrooms

  The quality of Mat's work is of a high standard and his work rate second to none. He kept us well inform from the initial quote, to confirming a start date, and on progress each day. Mat is in high demand but we were more than happy to wait ~6 months until we reached the top of his list. His prices are highly competitive and exceptionally fair. This is the second time we have used his services, having previously had Mat repaint our living room, 2 bedrooms and a toilet in August 2024. On that occasion he even charged less than the quote as we had so thoroughly cleared the rooms speeding it up.

  It was a very difficult project and Matdec transformed poor ceilings and walls into a fabulous entrance hall.

  Wallpapering Downstairs Toilet

  After reading so many amazing reviews about Mat’s work, I knew he was the right person to contact for my wallpapering project, and I’m so glad I did! His communication was excellent from the start, and he took the time to clearly explain each step of the process, including anything that might need attention along the way. He worked cleanly and professionally, leaving everything spotless when he was done. The wallpapering in my toilet is absolutely immaculate, and I’ve already asked him to quote for my next decorating project in the lounge. Thanks again, Mat - fantastic job!

  Redecoration of three bedrooms

  Mat spent a week with us redecorating three bedrooms. He was a pleasure to have around the house. He did wallpapering and painting. His work is impeccable with great attention to detail which left us with three beautifully redecorated bedrooms. I can highly recommend Mat and definitely us him again.

  Interior decorating.

  Mat produces skilled work of the highest quality & he has an excellent work ethic. He is respectful, non intrusive, but also happy to chat. Always communicates & discusses options. We highly recommend him & will undoubtedly employ him again, should we need further work done. (he came over the W/E to complete the work & tidied up very thoroughly!)

  Wallpaper and paint bedroom that has vaulted ceiling, beams and unusual shape

  This is the second time we have had Matt, quite simply the quality of his work, his attention to detail, the value for money and reliability is exceptional. Matt is a lovely chap and honestly could not recommend him high enough. Without question, wherever we are in the UK, Matt is the only decorator we will use, even if that means we pay for him to stay in a hotel
