  A very professional and highly recommendable service.

  The inspector from EPC Choice was very friendly, respectful, and arrived perfectly on time. The inspection took around 30 minutes and began with a clear explanation of what needed to be checked, along with a review of the work carried out in the house since the last inspection (we’ve made quite a few changes). He then carried out the inspection efficiently and quietly on his own, allowing me to continue working without disruption. The certificate was completed and uploaded within 24 hours. Overall, a very professional and highly recommendable service.

  Repointing of a wall

  I’m really pleased with the work done by David. Communication was excellent throughout, clear, responsive, and professional. He arrived right on time, did a fantastic job with the repointing, and clearly took pride in his work. He was also very respectful of my home, taking care to keep everything tidy and leaving the area spotless when he finished. Highly recommended!
