  4 bed house renovation project

  Luca did fantastic job by completing big project of renovating m house. He fitted 9 internal doors with euro locks, skirtings throughout house (2 floors), fixing floor boards and under the stairs MDF work. He is highly skilled, professional, informative and very friendly person. He kept me up to date through out the project. Impressing attention to details. I would hire him again and recommend to friends and family.

  Rewiring of 4 bed house project

  I hired this company for entire rewiring of my 4 bed house. I was extremely impressed with the work from start to finish. Hussein and his team did fantastic job and completed this big project to high standards. Hussein is very professional, reliable and friendly. He was very flexible in arranging 1st and 2nd fix. He would give best advice and tips with electrical and general house renovation. He kept me up to date with work through out the project.   Structural work, demolition and bricking

  Very glad that we went with Marian from Kev construct to do our structural work (removal of chimney breast, opening loading wall and installing beams), demolition and some brick work. From day one Marian was very professional, polite and easy to communicate with. He and his team are very hard working, they would start from early hours in the morning. His team are very nice too. Marian even removed a window from the porch and bricked the gap for free for us. The building control inspector was very happy about Marian's job and approved it right away. I would highly recommend him

  Structural drawing and calculations for removal of chimney breast and load bearing wall

  I needed a structural drawing and calculation for removal chimney, load bearing wall and partition walls and installing steel beams. Safi at Standstone Engineering ltd responded promptly to the quote request and was very kind to visit the property on a Saturday on a short notice. He was very polite and professional. He went through the details and answered all my questions before and after providing the report. The report was done to high standards. It was great experience.
