  Door adjustment

  Karl was quick to respond, and arranged to complete the job quickly, only a slight delay due to other jobs. Once he'd arrived the job was quick and completed in what felt like minutes. Just the removal of some material from the base of the door to allow it to close over newly installed flooring.

  Custom built desk and shelves

  quick to respond to quote requests and were reliable with communication and contact. The price was reasonable in comparison to others. The job for for my daughter who wanted a custom built corner desk and accompanying shelves. He was able to book an appointment date that allowed my daughter to meet with him to discuss her needs and build a desk that exactly met her specifications. After finishing the job we realised we'd forgotten to ask for holes to be drilled in the legs for wiring, they returned a few days later free of charge to drill the holes for us.   The guys from Urban were quick to respond to our job request and one of the more reasonable quotes we received. They were able to squeeze us in quickly and despite the size of the job completed the whole task in only two days. Huge thanks to Britney who was also able to offer us support and advice when we discussed other painting jobs we needed to complete ourselves.

  Removing and fitting replacement internal door

  Kyle was quick to respond to the job request, and made very quick arrangements to attend and complete the job. His quote was comparable to others who also responded. On the first day he was delayed and contacted me immediately to rearrange, the second date/time was actually much better for us. Upon arrival the work was completed quickly, without fuss and he thoroughly cleaned up before leaving. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend his work.

  The old damaged render at the front of the property was removed and replaced.

  Stephan was really knowledgeable and supportive throughout the process. Providing advice on the best way to achieve the desired effect. Our job required the involvement of multiple trades and Stepan kindly arranged the necessary scaffolding to allow everyone else to work.

  Tumble Dryer tripping electric, repair needed

  Mike was quick to respond to my messages, I contacted him at 7:40am about the issue, by 8am he'd already identified the problem and given a cost estimate. He arrived by 10am with a replacement heater and had the dryer running by 10:20, at that point we realised the heater had been damaged because the pump was broken causing the dryer to flood. He replaced that part too and was done by about 10:30am, everything fixed and working. Couldn't recommend Mike more highly.
