  Final outcome good but it cost more than expected to get there.

  Good initial contact and quote. Selected for job even though it was a little pricey. Plumber attending was polite and efficient. Had a problem with one aspect of job outcome which resulted in additional work and costs. The process associated with the additional work required additional quotes and this was clunky and time consuming. Once agreed the work was carried out to a good standard. Both side had differing views on regarding the additional work but a compromise was found. In conclusion the outcome was to a good standard but cost significantly more than expected.

  Radiator leak

  Prompt attendance. Polite and knowledgable. Analysed problem. Isolated and drained radiators required. Fit new parts. Refilled radiators. Confirmed no leaks and the pressure held. Bled all radiators and re pressurised. Dealt with unexpected aspects. Good job.
