  Repair Failing Brick Arch

  Fantastic service throughout, I was really impressed with the guys from DBM. Originally engaged to repair a brick archway which had been highlighted by a structural survey, it became apparent that the archway had been so badly built it needed to come down. Everything was explained clearly and I was shown evidence of why the job had to change. The team removed the arch (after supporting the rest of the wall!!) and rebuilt it with a modern horizontal row of bricks, tying the new construction into the existing wall to prevent future failure. Really impressed; would definitely recommend!

  Fix Smelly Drains

  Great company, would highly recommend! The team conducted a CCTV survey and showed areas of concern in the drains as well as showing where the old pipework had failed and was releasing odour into the house. They made recommendations but never appeared to be pressuring me, offering options rather than a "take it or leave it" approach. The overall bill was reasonable for the scale of work conducted. The team turned up on time, worked really hard for a full day and then rearranged their schedule to return the following day to finish the job when it became more complex then we had hoped!

  Fixed Broken Toilet Cistern

  Greg was great. He came out exactly when he promised, diagnosed the issue and fixed it perfectly. Not only that, but he fixed it in a way which means if the cistern breaks again, I will be able to sort it myself - the previous plumber had left the plumbing works inaccessible without removing a large counter top!

  Removal of a 50ft Oak Tree

  Brilliant bunch of lads. Worked enthusiastically throughout and were very respectful of our property and our neighbour. The task was complicated by the fact they couldn't winch the logs down and there wasn't really a "safe landing area" for them to throw the wood into! But they worked hard to get the wood down safely regardless, and left it exactly how I asked.
