    Install trickle vents

    Great thanks to Phil for installation of trickle vents to my property's windows. The vent is successully installed. The window can't be closed after installation but Phil has professional knowledge to sort that out. I am very happy with his work and definitely will contact him again for any windows work in the future!

    Replace carpet with LVT

    Thank you so much for Moji's help to replace the flooring for me. He always replied promptly and kept updated on the progress.     Replacement of main door lock cassette

    Many thanks for Steve's prompt response and sorting it out for me! He had a home visit and identified the root cause of the problem. He then helped me to find the right size of cassette and provided a quote before ordering. The price is fair and after I accepted the quote, he installed it without any issue within 30 minutes in the next visit. He is very professional and definitely is a lock expert!
