  Front PVC lock and Gear change

He came as promised on time and went the d,transparent mile of messaging me close to his arrival time to reconfirm with me. I highly highly highly recommend all the way.   Replacement of main door lock cassette

  Many thanks for Steve's prompt response and sorting it out for me! He had a home visit and identified the root cause of the problem. He then helped me to find the right size of cassette and provided a quote before ordering. The price is fair and after I accepted the quote, he installed it without any issue within 30 minutes in the next visit. He is very professional and definitely is a lock expert!

  Front door lock failed.

  Steve priortised our Job and arrived an hour ahead of his estimated time. Managed expectations accurately with costs, which were definitely reasonable. Fixed within 30mins, no replacement required and an honest invoice. Definitely recommended.

  Fixing lock that wouldn't lock

  Steve was great. He was able to come round soon after I'd contacted him, he arrived on time and fixed the lock very efficiently. He communicated clearly what he was going to do, did a great job, was very tidy and it was good value. I would definitely recommend and use him again in future!

  Replacement Lock Mechanism

  We had issues with our PVC front door not locking/unlocking properly. I put out the job on Checkatrade and was contacted within a few minutes. Booked everything in for next morning, when the lock was stripped down, checked, faulty mechanism replaced and put back together within about half an hour. Really happy with the service - friendly, helpful and efficient. We will definitely use Copas for any future lock issues!
