  Service seemed to have holes in the process between the head office and engineers

  Initially, it was a very good experience, and were very quick to find an alternative date for the service when illness struck. Sadly, the service led to a problem that required follow-up, as the heating did not work. Unfortunately, the engineer sent over then did not understand the type of boiler, which led to a delay, and so there was a delay in sourcing the part after another engineer visit. There was an issue where a critical part was not included, and a fix was needed. It took 3 weeks from the service to being in working order
