  EMR we're professional and knowledgeable of the work i needed doing. They didn't try to upsell or overcharge. Infact I thought I needed more work than I did. EMR told me what would be efficient for my needs and ultimately saved me money. Thank you for your honesty.

  They came out for a site visit. I was told I would get a qoute. I had to ring them and was promised a qoute the same day. It has been weeks since and have had no contact. Very poor.

  They rung almost immediately after I filled in the form. Then cancelled their site visit. After rescheduling the next day they never came for a site visit. I had no contact from them. I rung them and was quoted a price 300 % over the actual cost without a site visit.
