  Mike and the team were absolutely faultless in undertaking our garage conversion into a utility room and office. We’d never undertaken a conversion or dealt with Building Control before and Mike helped us immensely with organising that. Would 100% recommend them for anyone conversion or building work!

  The team at Flocc are highly professional, quick and took all the time we needed to ensure the drawings for our garage conversion were exactly what we needed while giving us peace of mind that we were in very capable hands. Tommy was extremely helpful with giving us some guidance not only on the best layout of our project but also for next steps with regards building control. I'd highly recommend them for anyone looking for speedy, detailed and well priced architectural works.

  Painting 2 lounges & kitchen

  Having had recently moved into a new house we were looking to get the downstairs refreshed and some new feature wall colours. The lads came down to view the job and quote really quickly after we got in touch with the job spec. Really professional and organised. We were lucky to get a time slot just a couple days after and the quality of the workmanship is second to none. Communication throughout the whole process was amazing - I’d highly recommend Carl and his company for any painting and decorating work. We’ll be looking to get them back in when we get round to the second floor!
