  I contacted Flocc Studio after reading excellent reviews online and I cannot rate the business highly enough. I live in a Grade 2 Listed building and its windows were rotten and in dire need of replacement. I am an intelligent and articulate person but I found the planning application and subsequent interactions with the Planning Department at my Local Authority, way beyond my skills set. I became frustrated with the process and contacted Tommy at Flocc Studio to see if he could assist me.
