Tommy was lovely and helpful throughout the whole process of planning our loft conversion. It is the first time we've carried out a huge renovation project like this and he was very responsive to all our requests and carried out any iterations we required and guided us through the process. Tommy is amazing and the service he provides is excellent. From the initial enquiry through the process of producing the drawings, Tommy was always available to offer advice and make any changes we required. After the drawings were produced he then submitted them for planning permission, which we successfully received. The best thing is Tommy maintains his interest in your project with requests for updates and even site visits to his plans come to fruition. Plans plans plans!!!! Extensions start with a plan, it’s great if you know exactly what you want, but if you don’t, some support on visualising your dream home is always helpful! Tommy at Flocc has done just that for us! He brought our plans to life, with professionalism and in a timely manner.
