    We cannot recommend Flocc Studio Ltd. enough.

    Tommy is amazing and the service he provides is excellent. From the initial enquiry through the process of producing the drawings, Tommy was always available to offer advice and make any changes we required. After the drawings were produced he then submitted them for planning permission, which we successfully received. The best thing is Tommy maintains his interest in your project with requests for updates and even site visits to his plans come to fruition. We cannot recommend Flocc Studio Ltd. enough.

    Plan plan plan!

    Plans plans plans!!!! Extensions start with a plan, it’s great if you know exactly what you want, but if you don’t, some support on visualising your dream home is always helpful! Tommy at Flocc has done just that for us! He brought our plans to life, with professionalism and in a timely manner. His communication was efficient and he was always there when I needed an explanation or a tweak or to change something we needed. Would recommend in a heartbeat!

    Dont go to anyone else for plans or planning

    Want some help with plans and the planning department? This is your man. Tommy will guide you through every step and he really knows his stuff. He thinks creatively about solutions giving you sound advice and will help you challenge decisions he thinks are not right or unfair ... and finally... he doesnt charge a fortune. Wouldnt go to anyone else!
