  Great customer service

  I'm really glad I chose John to advise me after my integrated washing machine flooded the kitchen. He arrived when agreed after responding quickly and was really helpful.The machine was beyond economical repair and you could tell he was genuinely disappointed for me.He gave great advice and showed me photos of the fault, also removed the washing machine to the garden.great customer service and knowledge of different brands, would use again and have recommended him to my family.
