  This is a difficult one for me as initially we had an issue but Alex went out of his way to ensure that the issue was rectified, visiting out of hours and weekends and I’m sure after long days already worked. All the effort to rectify it is very appreciated and we are very happy with the outcome.

  Excellent job! Really professional clean, got all the stains out and the carpet looked amazing afterwards. Mark gave real attention to detail and really cared about what he was doing. Lovely person too, friendly and kind. Would 100% use Mark again.
