  Dormer reseal and new leading around chimney

  We needed the dormer resealing and new leading around the chimney breast They were very consistent and efficient in their contact and explanations of what was needed, we never didn't know what was going on. Very professional with the assessment and the work, have shown pictures of the completed works and it looks very neat. Will definitely use them again if more work is needed

  Dormer roof leak

  Contacted the company due to a leak in our dormer extension. Was told they would show up on Monday morning. They didn't. Was told they would then show up on Thurs or Fri. They didn't. Had to say several times what time to show as I had work meetings in the morning and they kept saying they would show up before the time stated. Luckily had another company that was actually reliable do the work but will not be using this company for anything.

  Dormer roof seal

  Contacted the company to re seal one of the dormer extensions due to a leak. Very responsive and reliable company. Arrived when they said they would and gave several different quotes for the work (full roof re do, partial redo, and essential work) which we really appreciated. Came promptly when we agreed what work we needed doing and was done very efficiently on the day of the work.

  Gas safety check and radiator flush

  Stephen was very polite and professional, the check and radiator flush was done very efficiently and a couple of potential suggestions given for improvement of the heating. He found a gas leak in the meter outside and reported it for us ao an engineer could come out asap. Very happy with the service and will use again in future
