Efficient and knowledgeable .

We are extremely pleased with both the work and professionalism of this company. Our roof threw up a few challenges but Highclad dealt with them quickly and efficiently. Communication from Gemma was superb (a lot of companies could do with learning from her)! The chaps who came to do the roof plus the scaffolders that they used were first class. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Came out to do a roof repair at short notice during Christmas break when I'd been let down by another company. Communication was great, they turned up when they said and did the work promptly.

I contacted this company due to water coming in from the roof. They responded quickly and sent out a team to assess the damage and gave me a quote for the work to be performed. Which included broken slates ridge tiles chimney repair and coping stones.the quote was very reasonable and the work carried out was to a very high standard. The team were professional polite and turned up when they said they would. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Fairly priced but not too sure if it worked.

Spoke to Gemma ,she gave a quote and arranged for the workmen to repair the following week. The guys came and did the work as promised and took away all the rubbish which I wasn't expected for them to do. Just hope the leak is sorted as it wasn't where I thought it was previously shown by other workmen but I was to call if it didn't work.
