  Emergency boiler replacement

  Gas boiler in tenanted property stopped providing hot water 3 days before Christmas. Our maintenance man reported that the diverter valve was broken. Tom recommended to replace the boiler as it was 13 years old. Initially he was to install new boiler on Christmas Eve however, his previous job had not finished. Installation was done on the 27th but the glue was too high so additional support was needed to install the flue. He kindly provided the tenants with a heater while the heating was off and only charged us for the extra labour in addition to the original quote.
