  Washing machine repair

  The washing machine had an issue with continuous spinning and the clothes not being wrung. They were friendly and prompt in attending , they thought it was a faulty pump, which was replaced. They also found some blockage which was cleared after the second visit. This did not resolve the issue and they then advised to contact hotpoint directly as they were unable to fix the issue as they then thought it could be a programming issue.
