  Friendly and professional.

  BDM responded quite rapidly to my request and came within a couple of days. He was friendly and professional, considering the time of year when such engineers can be so busy. He sorted the issue out with our combi boiler. However, the boiler was of such an age that he and I agreed it required replacing. BDM would be a company I could feel were taking care of my gas requirements and ongoing servicing.

  A whole new fence with concrete posts and gravel boards with 4ft panels was supplied and fitted.

  Osvaldas provided a quote and date to start. The materials all arrived the day before the start date and in the day he and his colleague arrived promptly and finished in good time. The fence was consisted of 9 panels with concrete gravel boards and posts. In fairness I had the fence line pretty well cleared, but they removed some old concrete posts on the way. Excellent job. Very pleased. I would recommend Osvaldas.

  Removing household contents to an another property.

  Will and his men proved efficient, polite and trustworthy. The move was not straight forward as exchange and completion happened on the same day. We had not even exchanged when the house was empty and the vans packed. Will remained committed to the date nevertheless and we were in frequent contact several days before. In the end the team spend five more hours than was expected and quoted for. Will was honest about the loss he would occur because of the delays. I paid the extra hours worked by his men. Southdown is a new company making its way in a competitive industry. I recommend them.
