  Good timekeeping and lots of effort.

  Was trying not to leave a review but I think I should. The good points: They have great time keeping and putting in the work effort. They are nice people. The not so good: a lot of wastage. Unconventional plumbing. Wonky radiator pipes. Tiles with chips, uneven cuts and gaps not uniform. Ripples in the skim ceiling. Vanity/sink not fitted correctly. Disabled grab bar badly fitted. Will get charged for non consumables eg drill bits hole saws gloves etc . Superficially everything looks decent and functions. Helps if you can do DIY afterwards. Needs oversight to make sure work is good.

  After euphoria there still outstanding problems after 4 months. Get everything in writing, all conversations should be noted as a record. Photograph everything. If there is a problem they will send the lads without first asking. Asked about work in the ground, first response was to send lads to pick up xs blocks we'd agreed we would keep. House bricks badly broken. Haunches disintegrated. Puddles on slabs after rain no drain off. Used recycled materials as mot1 it wasn't discussed or agreed. Finally told by the lads not to contact Karen with problems. Just the tip of iceberg.
