  Alex attended promptly on the arranged day then proceeded to work straight through to complete the project that day (including effectively overcoming an unexpected problem which was uncovered during the partition wall's removal).

  Electrical check and repairs.

  I found this Trades in a Checkatrade leaflet (Number 27) which was put through my letterbox. I required an Electrical check on a one bedroom flat's electric circuits and sockets plus repairs to electric wall heaters, heated towel rail, the shower room pull switch and the installation of two mains fire alarms. The issue of a EICR certificate at the completion of the work is needed and was done. The Trades (Florin) visited the flat and gave me an acceptable quote - unlike another Trades who quoted over the phone without seeinh the flat which didn't impress me! Florin did the work efficiently.

  Damaged Front Doors Lock repaired

  A Criminal tried to kick my front door open but failed and damaged it so it couldn't be opened even with the key. Mikhail who attended quickly identified the problem and efficiently got the door opened, identified and replaced the damaged component of the locking mechanism and adjusted the door hinges. The cost was reasonable and I was informed that the work was guaranteed for a year. I'm happy to recommend this business.
