  KBS were excellent. Their quote was very good value. They were able to provide scaffolding very quickly for urgent repairs, and removed it promptly. They were courteous and considerate.

  Loft boarding

  Overall a very good experience. The team initially arrived on time and worked very efficiently and cleanly. They were extremely courteous and considerate. The loft boarding is excellent. There was a slight issue with timing. The job wasn't completed within the day - the boarding team left early afternoon and returned on a second day to complete the loft hatch. The electrician then didn't arrive to add the light, due to an issue with their previous job, so needed to return on a third day. The office didn't reach out to let me know, but were very helpful when I contacted them.
