  Colin responded promptly to my request, came to see the job and had it completed within 2 weeks. I was very pleased with his price, standard of work. Colin was polite and courteous and cleaned up after he had finished. I asked him about another issue a few weeks later when some loose plaster came away when I stripped some paper. Unfortunately, Colin wasn't able to help as he was about to go on holiday. He did recommend someone else however I managed to do the repair myself as it wasn't too much. What impressed me was that Colin replied even though he couldn't do the job. Very professional!

  Marc and his team relaid an existing carpet I had pulled up into a bedroom, providing the underlay and gripper rods. He was very quick with his initial response, and actually out of the 5 carpet fitted that I contacted, he was the only one who did respond. Marc arrived punctual with his team, worked well and quickly, and had completed the job in around an hour. He was polite and tidied up after him, taking away all of the rubbish. I would absolutely recommend him and will definitely be using him again in future. Thanks so much Marc!
