Mark was quick to respond, easy to communicate with and gave great advice before we booked him in. He was happy to work around our schedule after we just moved into a new house. He did an excellent job and we would definitely recommend him to anyone. His partner does decorating and he did some painting and wallpapering for us too - another excellent job. Marc and Mark did a great job. They lifted a carpet for us then returned a week later to re-fit it around new fitted furniture along with new underlay. They were even prepared to work around our bed frame. Will definitely use again,Verified reviewerJob location: NE6

Hi, I’m Marc, owner and sole trader of M ARMSTRONG CARPET FITTING.
I’m new to Checkatrade.
I’m a fully qualified and professional carpet and vinyl flooring fitter with 31 years' experience in the trade.
I learnt my trade from Gw and Ad Armstrong with whom from 1989 I worked self-employed for top stores FENWICKS Newcastle and Barker and storehouse.
I was taught to be professional and polite which I now take into my own business.
Every aspect of carpet fitting undertaken, no job to big or small whether it be small vinyl, tartan staircase all done to a very high standard.
Please feel free to view a few of my jobs, both domestic and commercial.
