Bucks Plumbing and Heating Ltd
8.67 Expert, local, fair value - will re-use
Posted 06 November
We have had four plumbers attend the house due a top floot leak into the bedroom below. Having decided to come bottom up to find the leak, we employed Bucks Plumbing and Heating. They were a day late in turning up (with some warning as the other jobs took longer), but once here they found the leak the other firms had missed and repaired it within 2 hours. Super - we will re-use in the future.Verified reviewerJob location: HP16YOUR MAINTENANCE MATTERS LIMITED
8.33 Agile, fair and quality - could be more joined up
Posted 15 October
We had a slow leak from a top floor shower causing damage below. We have a multitude of possible vendors attend and provide an estimate for a repair for the Landlord's Retal Agent, but nothing got done. Using Checkatrade led us to 'Your Maintanence Matthers. Good news: 1. Flexed diary to get our job done quickly - our key requirement and super helpful. 2. Fair price 3. Quality advice and work 4. Charming engineer To improve: 1. Join up communications - the engineer had not seen the job brief or video...and had therefore not even bought the sealants needed, so had to go find a stroe.Verified reviewerJob location: HP16Pure Electrical Group LTD
10 Install Consumer Fusebox in 1990's Semi-Detached House
Posted 25 February
I needed a new Consumer Fusebox installed in a 1990's built Semi-Detached house. I received three quotations (all almost double the Check-A-Trade guidance - not sure that is reliable!). Pure Energy's was the lowest, most detailed and Dave explained clearly what I would pay if he found any unknown faults. Dave conducted the testing one Friday and, having found nothing, did the installation work the next. All on time and quality work. He liaised closely with the tenants so everything went smoothly. He also resolved some minor issues. Will definitely use the next time I need electrical work.Verified reviewerJob location: RG22
