  Floor replacement and bolting metal bars to timber joists

  James replaced my chipboard floor and installed ten steel strengthening bars across the joists underneath. The difference is incredible — the previously uneven, bouncy floor is now completely solid and level. James was efficient, professional and effective. He is also friendly and approachable, and takes the time to clearly explain what he’s doing and why. His workmanship is excellent and you can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job properly. First class.

  Re-rendering of plinth/bottom layer of bricks

  Vince re-rendered and then painted the at the back of my house. Outstanding job. Looks great. He went above and beyond and also repaired/rendered over some damaged parts of the render on the brickwork - which I was very grateful for. Approachable and reliable. Will definitely use again.

  Filling in staircase and adding railings and boarding to banisters

  Had James in to fill in the backs of our stairs, fit some railings to the downstairs banister and some boarding to the upstairs banister. Fantastic job. Delighted with the works done. Very knowledgeable, prompt and accommodating to any requests. Have had further works carried out by James since.
