  Downstairs wc basin tap and waste fitting

  On requesting quotes for fitting our new downstairs wc tap and waste unit, Carlos reached out very quickly and his communication was excellent. He rearranged some of his appointments to accommodate and came through the next morning. He was very friendly, polite and extremely professional. He discussed what was required, explained everything and did a sterling job. I would not hesitate to use Carlos (Responsive Plumbing) in the future and would highly recommend to anyone.
