  Michael is practical, extremely helpful, and an excellent communicator. Unlike a lot of gas engineers who know that they're in demand and show no interest, he gives an amazing personalised service and he's not in it just to get the hours in. Michael helped me resolve a boiler issue remotely with a willingness and a helpfullness I just do not find these days. He will be the engineer for our house from now on. I specifically searched on checkatrades for and engineer direct and after numerous failed visits by others, rescheduling and making everything overly I am so glad that I called him. Top ⬆️

  EICR and wireless switch installation

  Excellent experience with Pretty Wired. Thorough job doing tests and investigation into grounding, circuit board and all switches and plugs to produce the EICR. Also overcame some potential issues installing a new wireless switch solution. Very happy with the outcome.
