  Best service I've had, Bar (ha ha) None

  Michael is practical, extremely helpful, and an excellent communicator. Unlike a lot of gas engineers who know that they're in demand and show no interest, he gives an amazing personalised service and he's not in it just to get the hours in. Michael helped me resolve a boiler issue remotely with a willingness and a helpfullness I just do not find these days. He will be the engineer for our house from now on. I specifically searched on checkatrades for and engineer direct and after numerous failed visits by others, rescheduling and making everything overly I am so glad that I called him. Top ⬆️

  Diagnosing and correcting a miswired thermostat

  Mike was awesome. I had made an error when replacing a thermostat and Mike helped get it all resolved really quickly and simply. I could not have asked for a better experience - really took the stress out of my day after my mistake.

  The works included a long overdue renewal of 50 year old radiators (x6) together with the installation of a new boiler to replace an 18 year old boiler, associated necessary pipe work, new expansion tank and water filter. The previously temperamental central heating system is now very reliable and easy to configure, using both the central thermostat and the individual radiator controls. Competent, Knowledgeable, Efficient, Tidy, Trustworthy. I was dreading replacing the radiators! Excellent work! Thanks Mike.

  Long standing blockage

  5yrs of issues 3 rads stopped, eventually another stopped on opposite side of house, freezing rooms no matter what we tried. Over yrs we had 3 trts & 3 system flushes, nothing worked. Had to consider re-piping the whole house. Michael spent hours, several visits, checking every possible cause. It’s a fairly new build 10mm pipes that block easily, Michael found severe blockage-only one who managed to get it working again! He was patient, & determined to solve the issue. Home feels completely different now, warm & comfortable at last. Couldn’t recommend Michael enough!

  Emergency boiler repair

  Have used Michael for numerous boiler related jobs over the past 7 years. Superb service yet again from him again, this time at very short notice, thank you Sir. Couldnt recomend him high enough. TOP MAN!!

  We had a leak that we worked out was coming from the toilet cistern. Mike came the day after we contacted him and determined it was due to a cracked plastic nut that was holding the inlet valve in place. Michael then replaced the valve and nut and sealed it in place, solving the problem immediately. He then charged us a very reasonable price for the work and parts. We’ve used Mike a few times now and his standard of work is always excellent.
