  The man from BD Windows arrived at the agreed time, promptly identified the cause of the issue and then resolved it. From initial phone call to issue resolution, he provided a very professional service. I would certainly recommend him for similar work.

  Replacement Toilet Flush Unit

  My toilet flush was not working. Robert responded promptly to my phone call, arrived at the agreed time, stated clearly what needed to be done to resolve the problem and quoted me for the work. I agreed with his assessment and asked him to complete the job. Robert was able to complete the job within an hour. Upon completion, he demonstrated the work done and left the work area clean and tidy. He provided a very professional service and I would definitely recommend him for any similar work.
