  Review of central heating for my dad

  I asked Robert to look at my dad's boiler and radiators as he was having trouble with the system. Robert came round on the day, assessed the boiler, balanced all the radiators and set the boiler up for Dad. He even went back again to show dad how to use it when he was having issues a day later. Dad (81) speaks very highly of Robert and would highly recommend.

  Rob did a few jobs in our bathroom. We’ve been using Reliance Plumbing and Heating for several years now . As usual ,job’s been done efficiently and to the highest standards. Rob is always reliable and professional,can’t recommend him enough.

  Broken expansion vessel

  Robert got in touch with me about the water tank after I had mentioned it was in need of immediate repair. He was professional, on time and did exactly what he told us. He knew exactly what was wrong and did a great repair. He told me and showed me the issue and explained how ge would repair it. I would recommend robert.

  Emergency call out, so impressed.

  We called Robert on an emergency call out, he initially tried to help over the phone but we thought the issue was more extensive so called him back to come out. He said he would be 30 mins or so and was exactly 30 mins, Robert fixed our leaking water pipes and whilst there also put on the new taps which we were trying install when we sprung a leak. Robert was incredibly polite, professional, helpful and went over and above, all on a Saturday night. Highly recommend Robert. Thank you.
