  Robert gave a fixed quote and came within the time he gave us. Fixed the problem immediately. Communicated well the things needed to be done, very polite and pleasant to talk with. Happy to have met him and would definitely call him again, and also recommend Robert to others.

  Toilet cistern leak

  Rob is very friendly and explained the issue to us. He inspected and fix led the leak on the cistern. However, we discovered there’s still a slight leak and he came over the day after and replaced the valve and washer which solved the problem.

  Leaking bathroom sink

  Fantastic service. Was able to come out after discovering a significant leak from a sink. Job was slightly trickier than initially expected, but he clearly explained what was needed and fixed the problem. Very friendly and reliable - would use again! Thank you :)
