  Had a different locksmith out a few weeks ago who made things worse, not better. I called Vlad after reading some reviews and I’m so glad I did. He came out, had a proper look, and pointed out what was wrong, not just with the lock, but also with the wooden door frame. He took his time, repaired the frame, and actually fixed the problem. The door now shuts smoothly and locks properly.
