  Mira and the team at SSMD removals were the best house moving team I’ve had so far. The pricing was transparent and confirmed ahead of time, and the time expectations were explained as well. The moving team were prepared for everything, catering for our fragile items (mirror, TV). Everything was done on time, our goods were delivered with no damage, and we would not hesitate recommending SSMD Removals and using them again.

  Stud wall building & insulation fitting

  Alex helped us add PIR insulation to our Victorian house by building multiple stud walls & adding new lowered ceilings. He worked with impressive speed and accuracy, finishing faster than we expected without cutting corners. Always reliable, tidy, and easy to work with — we’d definitely call on him again.

  New bathroom pipes + radiators fitting

  Alin was excellent—quick to respond, visited promptly to provide a free quote, and completed the work to a high standard. All pipes were installed with minimal drilling and disruption, while respecting the restrictions of an old Victorian house. I only wish the rest of the house had been fitted as well! I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Alin again for any future work.
