Mira and the team at SSMD removals were the best house moving team I’ve had so far. The pricing was transparent and confirmed ahead of time, and the time expectations were explained as well. The moving team were prepared for everything, catering for our fragile items (mirror, TV). We recently used SSMD for our move, and we can’t recommend them highly enough! They worked tirelessly over two full days, packing up our home and carefully moving everything to our new property. Not a single item was damaged, and the whole process was far less stressful than we anticipated, thanks to their professionalism and attention to detail. One thing that really stood out was how helpful they were. When we realised a set of screws for our TV stand was missing, they went above and beyond to help us source replacements, which was a huge relief. The team did a great job with our move. Mira communicated well prior (except for a last minute time change). The moving guys were very efficient, professional and friendly, and helped with deconstructing / reconstructing furniture that wouldn't fit through certain parts of the house. Mira, Serdar, Valentino, and Rado make an excellent, professional removal team! Mira was amazing and kept us fully informed throughout the service. They were punctual on the move day, incredibly helpful, and friendly, with great communication throughout. Their efficiency and speed in disassembling and loading the vans made our moving day go smoothly. They handled our furniture with great care during packing and moving. They even went above and beyond, assisting with some of our own packing. From start to finish, they provided an outstanding service. A huge thank you!
