  Leaking pitched roof.

  Water was leaking through kitchen ceiling, had couple of people come out. Home Guard roofing came out and removed roof tiles and showed my wife perished felt lining and tiles that where causing issues ,quoted to removed all tiles and replace felt and batton and replaced 10 roof tiles that where causing water to get through roof. Excellent communication through the whole process and a clear pricing, job was done earlier as weather was good. All mess was taken away.

  Boiler stopped turning on by thermostat controller,+needed a service.

  Posted what I needed doing on a Sunday and had reply within 1hr ,he could come next day to fault find issue and service boiler. Clear communication on price for service and found needed new thermostat and corroded pipe. After service was done was able to manually use boiler for heating while parts ordered and came back Wednesday to fit parts. Very professional and would recommend to friends and family. Will now be used for future servicing.
