  Air Source Heat Pump service

  Good comms, punctual, polite, worked hard.l annd did a great job. Easygoing and calm presence. I felt confident and comfortable. One week later and all is working perfectly after the service. I’m looking forward to using call-heat Bristol services again for future ASHP services and other work. Highly recommended 5stars no drama. Good price.

  New gas boiler fitted

  Lesek gave an excellent service, clean, punctual, efficient and very polite. An old gas boiler was taken out and a new Vaillant boiler installed and up and running in a day. Very happy indeed to commend him most warmly to others. Jonathan Weston super Mare

  Fault finding exercise

  Excellent fault finding of heat pump installation by a eco4 engineer who left without proper explanation of the system that we have been experiencing issues with since being installed last year. Les was very thorough and explained everything to me and what he thought was causing the problems we were having. He wrote an excellent report which I have forwarded to the eco4 company and we are at last getting something done to hopefully resolve our issues. Les took the time to understand the Ebac heat pump setup, even though he has not installed this make himself and given great advice to us.

  Boiler repair and back boiler removal

  Lesek was absolutely brilliant. He arrived promptly on a Sunday to check my boiler which wasn’t working. He quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired the issue. After he did the repair, I asked if he could have a look at our disconnected back boiler and removed it within less than an hour. 10/10 service, would recommend him to anyone!

  Boiler stopped turning on by thermostat controller,+needed a service.

  Posted what I needed doing on a Sunday and had reply within 1hr ,he could come next day to fault find issue and service boiler. Clear communication on price for service and found needed new thermostat and corroded pipe. After service was done was able to manually use boiler for heating while parts ordered and came back Wednesday to fit parts. Very professional and would recommend to friends and family. Will now be used for future servicing.
