  Excellent communication with company. Email the day before sms on the day 1st reminder, 2nd telling me Dean on way and eta. Used overshoes to protect carpet. Explained clearly the work involved. Told me that the problem should be solved by the service, but if not to get back in touch. Polite, personable engineer. Very impressed
