  Kem was absolutely fantastic! Super professional, right on time, and made the whole job look effortless. What really stood out, though, was how thoughtful he was — knowing I have indoor cats, he was extra careful (a true animal lover at heart!). He even handled my bonkers dog like a total pro. On top of all that, Kem gave me honest, helpful advice and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
