  Doubled charged for the same job

  They replaced taps that were worn. Appeared to have done a good job nice chap tidy. However found that we had a leak so paid the company to come out and the plumber that attended asked who fitted that taps to which I said your company did. The taps were leaking at the base so were either not fitted tight enough or not sealed. The plumber refitted them and the leak was fixed. However we were still charged and I’ve been trying to discuss this with the company but they have avoided my calls and emails. So we were charged twice for the same job. Really angry and disappointed don’t use them.

  Replacement of faulty taps.

  Great experience. Estref arrived and carried out the work quickly. He did a great job. I was so pleased have asked him to quote for another job. Would recommend.
